The wind speed is higher above the buildings than close to the ground. The angle of the PV modules results in balanced power generation over the course of the day. The flow over the roofs is accelerated by the flow towards the buildings and the differences in air pressure on the leeward and windward sides. The wind speed is therefore higher on the buildings than close to the ground. The ten or more 700-watt PV modules can generate up to 5000 kWh or more per year, depending on the geographical location, orientation and shading.<br \/>The vertical PV modules have the advantage that they are hardly covered with snow, dust and dirt and can utilise the flat solar radiation better at the edges of the day and in winter.
